Lemme get this straight. We're whining about checking baggage, something I venture most of us rarely do. By the way, how are those $100 standby fees working out for you? How about those miles you got compensated by AA the last time there was a 4+ hour delay? Just for reference, my delay compensation on NW recently was more than the trip base mileage.
Before y'all start flaming NW, you might want to consider the irony. They didn't implement many of the fees the competition recently did.
And before you flame me or accuse me of AA bashing, here's how I see things:
Advantage (no pun intended) domestic: NW
Advantage international (MRTC & upgrades): AA
