When I dropped off my mom on Sunday July 10th at KIX. I saw the SQ counter open at 4pm in the afternoon. I was looking at why?! And I realized that it was SQ38 checkin. All passengers had their luggage with them. They had about 8-9 counters open and there were people lined up. About 20 people.

I haven't seen the SQ counters open at KIX since they dropped the afternoon flight from KIX.
