The laptop is out of the question - way too much current draw. If you have other devices (phone, MP3/Ipod, GPS) that have an AC wall plug on one end but terminate in a mini or micro USB, you can just get a standard cable to charge. You might be able to plug in two through a non-powerd USB hub, but current draw is still going to be limited and they may charge VERY slowly, or not at all.
