This thread leaves me with one doubt based on what bjorns writes

OK that shareholder discount is valid on fares ex europe as well, but as an Italian resident can I buy BA shares AND get my 10% discount

-> Is anybody doing this at the moment??
-> Do you need to be a) UK resident and B) have a UK based BA account - one of the two, both or neither??

Appreciate advice especially if any euro residents have any experience
