OP - I don't know what happened, but I agree that I sometimes wonder if the agents reading the 1K desk emails really even pay attention to what you are saying. I am currently involved in email correspondence with them, where I am quite sure I now look like a "jerk" but all I wanted was for someone to actually read what I was saying and get a straight answer. Sometimes, I think this is an impossible dream.
