I can certainly see why it's viewed as a clever ad campaign, but for some reason it just doesn't appeal to me.
I'm not trying to be "debbie the downer" but these talking animal commercials just seem a little silly to me. My wife (who does not follow this stuff at all) commented to me recently that these spots are "downright stupid." Are they really translating into selling more tickets than they otherwise would?
The name of the game, at least in Milwaukee, is to get the Frontier name out there, so I don't blame them for trying to trying to attract attention by using the animals.
Maybe I'm just stuck in the past...the old Midwest ads seemed to focus more on actual travel.
Perhaps I'm missing the point.
