Exactly, that is something that is quite obvious with pm-DL crews, while pm-NW crews seem to handle it better (and always have at least one, if not more, native destination/origin country speakers on-board), IMO at least, based on my personal experiences.

And then there's the outright shameful and insulting (in some cultures) safety video with the finger wagging. While it's fine in America, in parts of the rest of the world that can be taken as rather condescending and insulting. And yet, DL does nothing to update it to something that is more globally acceptable and neutral.
