I've got the pics below for proof!
Got it from FRA-IAD a few years ago (2008) - It was served after the appetizers, before the main, and listed as an alternative to the salad.
"Lemon ginger sorbet topped up with Champagne upon request", per the menu.
Anne-Sophie Pic was the star chef, from "Maison Pic".
I had it plain (first pic) and my wife had it with Champagne (second pic).
