Same here. Though KE's old Prestige seats are outright awful (will never fly in one again - a coach exit row in the same plane is far more comfortable), the wonderful KE FAs who look and smell good, are always friendly, smiling, approachable and available (same in both Prestige and coach) more than make up for it, as does service such as having toothbrushes, toothpaste and cups in the lavatory after meals (something that DL never does, even for BE - just a hidden toothbrush and toothpase in the BE kit, but no cups in the lavatory to rinse out mouth with, nothing).

KE just thinks more about the passenger experience, while DL doesn't. KE also obviously only hires young, attractive female FAs (who then likely don't stay in that job too long - or rather, are not allowed to stay in it as they grow older), while with DL FAs have a career, more or less, for life it seems. Just different cultural approaches and sets of values, IMO (with KE and non-US airlines, more about the pax experience; with US airlines more about cost-savings, airline profits, and accommodating the unions).
