The form I referred to came in a separate e-mail a few minutes before the
e-Ticket Itinerary & Receipt arrived and was titled 'Confirmation for reservation.....'

In fact, I just called KE reservations (to check that my hotel for the Seoul stopover had been confirmed) and, while on the line, I asked the guy why I didn't have a PNR and could he tell me what it was. His reply: "actually, our system is a 7-digit number!"
