I noticed it too in YYZ on Sunday. It must have started in the past few days.

Now they need to add whether upgrades and/or standbys (particularly for RapidAir) have started to be called. Too many times have I arrived after boarding had started only to be told U/Gs have not been finalized yet. I'd rather not bug the GAs during this busy time.
