Ive been lucky in terms of waiting times so far, 3 minutes wait at the most, i usually press 1 and agree to take the survey after the call, that way i noticed they pick up faster, i always drop the call after every conversation and never take the survey though
The speed of picking up is determine by what time it is in HK, usually during morning in HK would be the best time, since it would be less busy. Afternoon would require a longer wait (these are from my own experience)
