Following "traveller information" is "your flight selection" and the first line below that is Confirmation Number: which appears to be the PNR, although the one I am looking at is six capital letters rather than alphanumeric.
I don't have such a page on my itinerary (it's a website page to which I have a link in the email KE sent me)!
The top of the page (after the KE logos, etc) is:
e-Ticket Itinerary & Receipt
Passenger Name III/HENRYDR (KL 1234567890)
Booking Reference 1234567
Ticket Number 1801234567890
Then there's the actual flights listed, followed by the ticket/fare conditions, then a whole load of 'legal' smallprint. That's it!
