Questions about survey?
I had an incident in December, which caused me to stop flying AA (nothing worth talking about here). A couple of months ago I got a survey from AA asking for my general opinions on my travel experiences at AA. There was nothing that explicitly stated it, but I got the feeling that the survey was generated because there has been no activity on my account. (I can't remember specific question, but I do recall them be written in a way that implied that I'd already stopped flying AA). At the end of the survey they asked for any specific feedback I had, which would help make AA my "carrier of choice."
Fast forward a few months and I got a call from someone at "AA Executive Offices" hoping to speak with me about my recent survey response. I haven't called her back yet, but plan on it tomorrow if I have time and I was just wondering if anyone else has had this type of follow-up on a survey? I'm not really interested in spending my time so she can "tell me why AA is great and why I should use them as my preferred carrier" but if this is AA legitimately looking for some insight into why they've lost an elite flier...I'm all for it.
Anyone every see anything like this? Will this be a waste of my time or is it worth making the call?
PS...I did do a search on this topic, but couldn't find anything. Apologies if this topic has been covered.
