Yes your assumption is correct. I checked "manage my booking" tool, and the dates were already changed. The 1st agent who took my call told me i need to pay usd$200 for reissue fee, and hkd$200 for airport tax (all for 2 persons).
The second time i called, the agent happily changed the dates and did not collect anything nor mention any tax to be added to my original issued ticket.
I understand about the HKG Tax, but there should be no ticket reissuance fee, right?
