We stayed at the Sheraton Roma from July 5-8th. On the 7th, after housekeeping came in, our luggage was picked through. They stole the most random stuff. We were smart enough to have our valuables in the safe but they stole all the gifts we bought for our kids. Since we were already packed for our next destination we didn't notice it until we unpacked at the new hotel. The Sheraton never called us back, returned email or anything. Very unprofessional. We recommend the Eden or Excelsior.
