While you can bring a friend, it should be noted that ClubAcela lounges are a step down from airline lounges. They don't have bars and the snack offerings is frequently little bags of pretzels or goldfish.

They are definitely a nice break from the hectic station, but definitely not a destination the way many airline lounges are.
