It seems so for some bmi Diamond Club members at least.

Members in the Netherlands, Israel and Ukraine were recently forced to migrate to M&M after BD 'suspended' flights to AMS, TLV and KBP, on the assumption there would be little chance of members in these countries actually flying with BD. If that's the case members in the US and many other countries should have been forced to migrate to M&M a long time ago.

It's possible they are using members in these countries to test how migration of the rest of DC members will work. Not at all well the way things are working... or not working so far.
