This has happened to me a few times because I always seem to fly during both strike periods and the Volcano

It seems any change to a MFU booking will trigger this.

A call to BAEC will sort this up, although it did take a few weeks for my last flight to be corrected - although this was during the last strike period.

Dont worry you will get the right points credited manually.
