Sorry to break the bad news, but FI sucks... Their saga class [biz] seats are the same as a regular domestic F seat.

A friend of mine flew on them JFK-REK and the inflight service is the same as domestic Y service. They even dinged him for meals and booze [they do not serve free meals]. They better offer free full meal service on the SEA-REK flights in Y

On the upside, their fares are relatively cheaper than other carriers...

So if you want to make the most out of your miles, avoid FI at all costs.
