We're 13/15 on upgrades this year,and that's upgrades for two people, which is considerably harder than one. These are all free,no miles. One doesn't have to upgrade using miles.

You can whine about this one experience all you want, but it's not fooling anyone who is EXP. We all know that some won't go through. Most of us (from what I read here) have quite high free upgrade percentages. Exactly who are you trying to educate here?
