I think the 2 property method would be best.
Stay the 1st half at something nice like the Wynn or the Palms.
Then the second half do it "Whole Hog". Get that midweek price and stay in the Skylofts. Screw the fridge. You got a butler for gods sake.
You only turn 30 once. And no kids ? Thats not going to last either.
Do it right now while you still can.
