It happens from time to time. Could mean anything from SSSS to your ticket not being issued properly. Only option is to go to the airport.
I've had success calling the status desk and they have 'fixed' this so I didn't have to wait to go to the airport. As in all things, YMMV depending on the root cause presumably.
