Yes, that's the location stated in your first post.

The link has the list of conference hotels with conference room rates:

Should I take one of the hotels from the list, and book through the conference housing authorities, or take one of the hotels on the list, and book directly, or take a hotel that is not on the list.
I ask the first 2 questions - because a few years ago, I booked rooms through the conference in Istanbul to a Hilton Hotel - I did not get the HHonors points; I then a few years later booked at a Hilton Hotel (for a related conference) next to the Barcelona Spain convention centre - the rates booking directly were essentially the same as those obtained by booking through the conference - I earned the full HHonors points.
This really depends on variables that only you and/or the various hotel chains can answer.
#1 - what is more important: earning points or saving money? The conference rates may be a bit cheaper but you may sacrifice points
#2: if it is points, then you should check w/the various loyalty programs to see if the conference rates will earn points, qualify for elite benefits, etc..
#3: you should probably narrow down your choices and look at the dedicated hotel threads for more information on some of the properties, esp. the Hilton; it has pros/cons and it is nowhere near the hotel that the Hyatt is
