Tech stops should not be a problem on MBJ runs. The existing HNL/OGG/KOA services are a problem because of winds and ETOPS fuel reserve requirements. MBJ does not have either of these issues.

The big question for MBJ is whether WestJet Vacations has made a major crack into the Sandals / Air Canada Vacations fortress. This is a signal that Westjet Vacations has some big time deals for comming up for the Jamaican resorts.
