I must add:

BBQ ribs, Shuraku, Vancouver -- absolutely fantastic bbq ribs, fall of the bone tender, and perfect with sake. Heavenly!!

Tonkatsu, Japanese pork cutlets, any good tonkatsu-ya in Japan
Peking Duck, Mr. K's, New York City
Hot Dog, Portillo's, Chicago
