Our hosting provider is currently experiencing a major outage, due to an emergency network maintenance in one of their data centres. They expect to be able to restore their systems within approx. 1 hour.
Those users, who have started the Tool before the outage had started, will be able to continue using the Tool, as long as they do not close it.
Further information will be posted as it becomes available...
I had the same problem with 4 instances of the Tool running - if you decide to *change* the query method, then you will require the Tool to reauthenticate itself, resulting in the Tool becoming non-operational.
Unfortunately, I closed all my instances of the Tool after finding one misbehaving, so I'm toast for now...
