Just a touch of curiosity: how come KE haven't given me a PNR (6-character alphanumeric) anywhere on my receipt, itinerary or e-ticket? I have the 13-digit e-ticket number and a 7-digit (numbers only) 'reservation code' (this is presumably a KE internal reference, and it's what I quote when contacting customer services and/or ticketing) but no recognizable PNR.
Not really a problem, but it would be useful for access to CheckMyTrip and other similar sites.

Check your itinerary again: the page headed by
your trip reservation.
Following "traveller information" is "your flight selection" and the first line below that is
Confirmation Number: which appears to be the PNR, although the one I am looking at is six capital letters rather than alphanumeric.
