Seems to be down completely. Until I saw your post I thought it was just that they blocked the site at Kuwait Int'l Airport. Signed up a couple weeks ago just to see if it would help, liked it enough to upgrade to platinum, and now that I need the tool it isn't working!
Odd: DNS cannot resolve
www.kvstool.com, but kvstool.com resolves.

Our hosting provider is currently experiencing a major outage, due to an emergency network maintenance in one of their data centres. They expect to be able to restore their systems within approx. 1 hour.
Those users, who have started the Tool before the outage had started, will be able to continue using the Tool, as long as they do not close it.
