No BA miles/TPs awarded. Inneligible flight? Is this correct?

Quick question re getting BA miles & TPs awarded for a GLA-LHR-BOS flight.

I booked a WT+ return flight and did a MFU TO J. I am out in the US at the moment, but thought I'd check my Executive club miles balance, and I have been awarded zero miles and zero TPs for my flight out here. It says inneligible flight.

The flight was booked on BA.com, originally for April but was cancelled. And re-booked (by BA) to July due to the volcanic ash.

According to my MMB before the flight, 9,000+ miles and 160 TPs were due on this flight, so I'll be a bit miffed if I lose out on these.

Is it correct that my flight is indeed inneligible for miles/TPs?

I was going to call BA customer services out here in the US, but my experiences with US customer services has been poor in the past. No comparison to the UK CS team.

It's just that I want to use the miles I thought I was getting for a MFU now that there is a BA sale on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
