AF website does (and I think KL does also); however, once you've entered a Flying Blue number, you can't then change it to another program.
But the issue I was concerned with on the KE website is that existing bookings can only be accessed online if they have a SkyPass number; and, it seems, the same is true for OLCI. Very odd, IMO.
