Actually the staffing levels were fine for a 2 hr run. 2 FA's for about 16 PAX - no complaints on this end.

As for asking for compensation because it was in Spanish, or because it was ugly - I think that is getting ridiculous. What next? I didn't get my choice of meals, so give me money so I can go to Harveys in YYZ. It is this ridiculous attitude that we need compensation for stupid things which is driving up air fares.
