I used to work for a smaller company (a few hundred employees) where policy was that you could use company or personal card for travel, your choice.

The company card may be a convenience offered for employees, in which case, they probably won't care; or it could be a tool to help reconcile and report expenses company-wide, in which case, they would. The only way to know is to ask, or check for written policies.
