I have the Garmin 265WT refurb from Tiger Direct. It has free traffic information and an offer to update the maps. I've used it a lot and it is excellent, quick and clear. I paid $130 at Tiger Direct. It is actually new and not refurbished but the trick is that the body is stamped "265W". The "T" part comes from the traffic FM receiver, which is in the power cord, making it the exact same thing as a 265WT. It comes in a generic Garmn box and it is absolutely the same as a new 265WT from Future Shop in every operational respect. It was even loaded with current maps. I recommend it highly. The traffic feature depends on the location of Navteq traffic transmitters and it should be the same for every brand that uses them.
