On a Mission

Is there anyone who works at Southwest Customer Service that can help me with this mission? I am a major fan of the show Airline and sat through 2 nights(up until 2 in the morning) on a couple of different occassions and enjoyed each and every episode.

I would love to meet Mike Carr and Yolanda Martin when I transfer in LAX(Arriving on July 13th on flight 707 from SJC arriving at 11:20 AM and departing on flight 616 at 12:10PM to ABQ. Can someone like SWABrian or if any individual that works with Mike and Yolanda to help me to meet them in person that would be so meaningful to me.

I remember the show when Mike assisted an Alzheimer patient(Benny and Virginia) when he became incontinent . Mike went out of his way and it was very emotional and heartwarming. One note is on the original video they reffed to this passenger as Avanitzio(sp) but on the Excess Baggage episode he was refereed to as Benny. My Grandfather passed away this past October and this episode had a special place in my heart since I have worked in Customer Service and know how hard it is being the unsung hero who has to deal with these issues.

I also remember when Mike confronted a passenger who was intoxicated and mixed Valium. Mike really handled the situation so professionally and made it a positive outcome. BTW What bar was this at? I want to visit as many of the places possible on my layover?

It was so nice to see Yolanda's son Dallas he is soooo cute(:. I'm assuming he is now 8.

I would also love to meet Collen Breigel(sp) at MDW. I love her personality and especially the one when the passenger was taken away by 9 police officers and security officers to the group going to a tournament who was very disrespectful. I really felt bad for Collen and shed a few tears because she works very hard.

Thanks in advance for assisting me with my mission. The line at SW was busy so possibly Mike or Yolanda are FT members and I would love to "hookup" with them if they are indeed on this forum to see if I can meet them. I do realize how busy they are. I want to show my gratitude to them .

I saw each episode at least 3 times if not more since 2003(:
