The development at the Dorado Beach Resort continues at a crawl.

All the beach front rooms were just torn down.

The hotel (with very few rooms......like 150) will be a Ritz Reserve and is mentioned on that separate website as a future property.

The east side of the Dorado lobby will be the hotel......the west side will be Ritz Residences and homes.

Right now they only have the money to build the hotel and renovate the East Golf Course.

Puerto Rico is going through some tough economic times.....
The Palmas del Mar Beach & Country Club just CLOSED.
