I don't like the idea that someone can get to CP so easily, but on the other hand, it's not easy on this promo to get CP from dirt, and for a mid-tier elite to get to CP on a double PQM promo it might actually be a little easier (or at least a little more straight-forward). I'm really on the fence. I don't like that this promo has really nothing to offer a CP who's already set to re-up as CP, and I don't like that they're going to be minting a lot of new CP's and Plats, but on the other hand, you have to look at how often a newly minted CP or Plat might take advantage of those perks. I think CP TATL upgrades might get a little harder but for day-to-day upgrades, the people who are going to fly enough to take a large number of upgrades away from other elites are going to end up with CP or Plat sooner or later anyway. Hopefully they'll end up with a whole bunch of CP's who never actually fly US.
