Is there anyway to look up an itinerary knowing just the passenger's name, date, and flight number? Flight was booked through a credit card rewards booking agent, and email confirmation is now lost in a now-defunct email account, so none of the Delta.com requested fields are known.

Would like to try and recover the itinerary and check in online if possible.
