Brazil- GOL
Rest of South America- Avianca/TACA, Aerolineas Argentina
Africa- Royal Air Maroc + one of the independent carriers in South Africa
Middle East- MEA
Southeast Asia- Malaysian, Garuda
Far East- China (CI) sounds like a done deal
Europe- pretty saturated but what about FlyBE even though they serve LGW and not LHR

I am sure there are other candidates, but what ST really needs are carriers to fill in completely blank parts of the world map, or to provide meaningful connections at destinations that are already served by ST long haul services.
