I heard that it is not a good idea to wash your hair the day you flied. Since the hair cells opened up when u were on the air and those cells wouldn't close up right away even 5 hrs after u landed. If u wash your hair that day, u will lose a lot of hair.

I am not sure that's true or not but I heard this from flight attendants.

Are there any other things we shouldn't do the day we flied.
