Sorry, as a Morning Calm+(KE's E+ level) I don't get any better treatment...I don't think there is any way to add your Skypass number onto the PNR without calling in;I've trolled around the Skypass website.
The phone lines are always run by Korean ladies though...thankfully all the ones I've had are decently good at English but my mom got better service in Korean...go figure

Oh, I noticed your posts over in the Flying Blue forum,the in flight service is awesome but yeah...KE's website needs some serious help!
