I just emailed Delta.com again on the issue and got the below answer that sounds pretty canned....I emailed right back asking if I should expect an actual answer/response from the "E-comerce task force" on my 2 questions.....If I don't I will just keep responding I suppose until I get a non-canned answer.

Last year I noticed there was no award chart online for flights originating and terminating OUTSIDE the USA. I assumed this was on hold because of the DL/NW merger. However the chart is still not published and it makes it impossible to get a birds eye view of mileage requirements for complicated international trips without having to call and spend a lot of time on the phone. So I have two questions:

1. Why was this award chart removed in 2008 and never replaced?

2. When will the award chart be published again?
