Funny, I got the same answer from another agent. Must be the canned response. I don't really know how often award levels change, but so often that you can't post an award chart.

My conversation went like this:

"Why don't you publish award charts for flights originating outside the US?"

"Because it is subject to partner changes blah blah blah..."

"Cmon, they don't change that often. And besides, if you don't publish them no one knows and it takes up your time and mine. So how much is a RT award ticket within Asia?"

"Please hold, I need to find out..."
