Thanks! However, I was hoping the link would shed some more light on the Costco situation as has been asked over and over by people in this forum. The term "fluctuation in availability" is kind of vague and does not once and for all answer the burning question of the certificates being a limited run or something that will continue, even if in limited Costco locations.
