No, mine is the size that easily fits into the size tester.

Last week on a flight from Prague to Warsaw, the FAs, sorry, CC, asked, over the tannoy, those of us with laptop bags to put them under our seats so those with Kevlar caravans could have the overhead locker space. Mine stayed where it was, and luckily they didnt ask me personally otherwise we would still have been there now.
That's your prerogative but I wouldn't be particularly proud of myself if I had an obstinate attitude and inconvenienced others. Although giant carry-on bags do annoy me too, I would move my bag elsewhere so that the problematic one fits somewhere, so that people who did not bring giant bags can also get on with things more quickly (i.e. I'm not doing it to the problematic one's benefit but for other fellow passengers). In fact, there would have been no need to move my handbag in the first place because I keep it under the seat in front of me if the flight is busy anyway, so that I don't have to get up and move it.
