I have the same problem! I booked a UK-OZ r/t using my FlyingBlue number and then, only when the
dreadful KE website insisted I was a SkyPass member before I could select seats, etc, did I sign up. But now, I cannot access my booking online in any way, shape or form!
I don't want to be particularly negative in this, my first post on the KE forum, but I'm getting a bit frustrated: the thought of being stuck for four very long flights in very poor Y seats (whatever is left at the time of check-in) scares the living

out of me. And, is this the way a SkyTeam airline should treat a Platinum (Elite+) member of a partner FFP?
I've heard a great deal of positive comments about KE over on the AFKL forum, and I'm very much looking forward to the trip. Any advice from KE regulars?
