While not upgraded to Exec Floor (checked in early. Could have waited), I am impressed how nice the room is, as well as the hotel. Staff could not be nicer. And easy access taking the Express train from the airport, leaves you across the street from the hotel.
Same + got an upgrade to an executive room. Used all of the benefits, including laundry (twice). It is indeed 4 free pieces a day. Excellent property, great service, fantastic stay.
