Great review Coterie, I agree with your comments regarding proximity of the hotel. Taxis are always available outside the hotel, and there is a local bus stop at the entrance, 5 minute ride and you're at the nearest subway station.

I've stayed at GH about 8 times this year so far and always received the same great service every time. Even got a few perks (e.g. bottle of wine, free coffee) now and then, which I believe was of the hotel's choosing and not related to my Hyatt status (as those benefits had already been provided).

Now that it's summer, there is a barbecue buffet by the outside pool every night. It's pricey (W95000 or so) but that includes all you can eat and all the beer (or wine) you can drink. Selection of BBQ steak, lambchops, prawns, sausages etc... plus loads of seafood and side dishes. Perfect if you want to stuff your face in an elegant setting.

Planning on using my free stays for the PH before August though
