We should really get back to the main issue in this thread as I see it and that is the TSA calling ICE based on ID presented. (i.e. their dragnet).

Drugs, cash and unlawfully-present aliens are not WEI.

TSO's, what does the SOP say about calling ICE if you suspect someone of being an unlawfully-present alien?
