Ooooh, I nearly saw that happen once....... and it was a deportee! He faked a visit to the lav while we were boarding a 767 at door 2. I was in the front galley, 'observing my pax' (they were on first). He went to the loo door, then headed towards the open aircraft door.
I told the nice man who he had been sitting with, (and who had given him the nod to use the loo), that he may want to catch his friend! He got him....
